Richard J. Omilanowicz, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Omilanowicz brings 32 years of manufacturing, manufacturing engineering and product development experience in the medical device and plastics industries.  Richard most recently served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations of St. Jude Medical, Inc.,/Endocardial Solutions, Inc..  Prior to that, Mr. Omilanowicz served as General Manager of McKechnie Plastic Components and Director of Research, Development and Engineering at the Pharmaseal Division of Baxter International, Inc.

Edward I. McNamara, Vice President of Research & Development
Ed joined Mitralign in 2004 and subsequently built a team of over 15 engineers that he has successfully led to design and develop the Mitralign system.  Ed’s ingenuity has resulted in a thorough IP portfolio for a system of devices that effectively turned a complex challenge into a simple procedure.  Ed’s nearly 25 years of hands-on industry experience covers a broad spectrum of cardiology, gastrointestinal and anesthesia products. Ed brings an in-depth understanding of the entire medical device product development cycle.  Prior to Mitralign, Ed led the design, manufacturing, clinical & regulatory efforts at LightLab Imaging, purchased by Goodman Medical of Japan. Ed holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lowell.

Lisa Graham, Manager of Quality
Lisa brings over 25 years of experience working in the medical device industry primarily in a quality assurance role, supporting products and or processes from concept through commercialization.  Lisa provides the commitment and passion for creating and implementing value added Quality Systems that are compliant to ISO and FDA requirements.   Lisa successfully led two organizations in achieving ISO certification for 9001 and 13485 standards. Lisa received a Masters in Quality Systems Management from the National Graduate School.
